The staff was cute upon arrival. the room was clean and was as in the photos. the breakfast we ordered was good. I liked sitting at the patio tables in the evenings. the wine prices were reasonable too.

The hotel personnel were cute, helpful, and arranged package mailing for me. They followed up to ensure my well-being , which I really appreciated. I found the location convenient , close to highlights, yet away from crowds. The hotel design had a charming style that I enjoyed.

The hotel sits on Campo Santo Stefano , a lovely square with many restaurants and cafes. It offers convenient access , with a short walk to the waterbus stop. Piazza San Marco is also a short walk away.

The hotel included a lift. There was also coffee machine with capsules in each room and a kettle. I found this very convenient for preparing a quick beverage.

Breakfast offered a plentiful buffet inside a charming dining room. Tables were set up outside on the square , so I could watch it come to life. I appreciated the quiet experience as I ate.

great location helpful staff comfortable room separate bathroom hot room faulty aircon
the location was fantastic. it made it easy to see all the attractions. the staff were excellent and really helpful. the room was nice and neat too.
the single room and bathroom were separate. i had to walk across the public corridor to access the bathroom. the room got very hot at night. the aircon was not really working too well.

Lovely Stay Near San Marco
helpful staff clean bathroom good breakfast
The staff offered helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and city tips. The room was very charming I found the bathroom particularly clean. Breakfast was also a bonus it was served in a good manner.
The restaurant crowd outside could be a little noisy at times.

The hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful throughout my stay I found their assistance with directions and local attractions quite beneficial. They addressed any questions I had with patience and a genuine willingness to assist.

Breakfast was served each morning offering a plentiful buffet in a gorgeous dining room. Tables were set up on the square allowing guests to quietly watch the square come to life I enjoyed this very much. It added to the stay.

The room included effective soundproofing against outside noise I also appreciated that it was clean. The hotel provided a lift which was very helpful with luggage I did not need to carry heavy bags up the stairs.
